Knowledge

You stop learning when you think you know everything...

There are so many things to learn to little time. Talking about knowledge....knowledge without application is not a knowledge. Learning something must have some function or purpose. For instance, a person who is learning new words everyday must have some purpose....

Talking about Mathematics...

One ideas comes to mind when when seeing a equation with in a 2nd power...you should be able to see pictures by looking at the equation. Here are several example...

Y= ax2 + bx + c (a time to x in the second power)...

Application:

If I have a only 100ft fence, and I want to an enclose a chicken, and wanted the max area for my precious chicken....there are many ways how to do it...

remember the area of square or reactangle? A=LW---> Area= _ft x _ft = _square ft

A1=50ft x 50ft = 25000 square ft (if I enclosed my chicken in a square)
A2=25ft x 75ft = 1875 square ft ...see the difference? The chicken has more room if enclosed in a square rather than rectangle....

Changing the shape using a 100ft fencing gives minimum and maximum area...

When it gets complicated...you will be seeing the equation above...here another example...out of anger, you threw rock at the bird who bombed you car after you waxing. The rock goes up and goes down...using this equation, you will be able to solve the maximum height the rock could reach...

In short, recognizing the equation, you should be able to see the application...if you are memorizing the equations or formula...it indicates that you do not quite understand...

I am terrible explaining things...sorry if you could not understand me. It happens quite often to me...I could not understand myself... :)

Oh, look at the time...I am late again...to be continued...
